WageFlow is currently in private beta. Full pricing will be published before general availability. The principles below tell you what to expect.
A simple monthly fee per active employee
You pay one predictable amount each month based on the number of employees you actually pay. No per-payslip charges, no extra for re-runs, no surprises.
No charge for the things you would expect to pay extra for
RTI and EPS submissions, auto-enrolment pensions, payslip generation, employee self-service, year-end P60s, and integrations with accounting and pension providers are all part of the standard fee.
Tiers for what you actually need
We will offer a small number of tiers so that the simplest businesses pay less and businesses with more complex needs (multiple pay schedules, accountant-facing tools, advanced reporting) get the features that match.
No long contracts
Monthly billing, cancel any time. If you stop paying employees one month, you stop paying us for them too.
