Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 May 2026. WageFlow is currently in private beta. The terms below cover use of this website and the service during beta. Full commercial terms will be published before general availability.

1. About us

WageFlow Ltd (“WageFlow”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17152820), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@wageflow.co.uk.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for personal and business research about WageFlow. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with our service, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems behind it.

The content of this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Specific monetary values shown in worked examples reflect rates at the time of writing and may not be current.

3. Private beta access

The WageFlow service is currently available only to a selected group of early-access partners. Joining our waitlist does not guarantee an account. If we offer you an account during beta:

  • You agree to use the service in good faith, with realistic data, and to report bugs and issues you encounter.
  • We may change, suspend, or withdraw beta features without notice as we iterate on the product.
  • We may end beta access at any time if you misuse the service or attempt to circumvent its controls.

4. Your data

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Where you use WageFlow to process payroll for your employees, you are the data controller for that employee data and WageFlow acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement, which we will provide before any production payroll data is processed.

5. Intellectual property

The WageFlow name, logo, software, and the content on this site are owned by WageFlow Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, reasonable quotation for review or commentary).

6. Disclaimer

We work to make the information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or up to date. UK payroll legislation, HMRC guidance, and statutory rates change regularly. WageFlow is not responsible for decisions you make based on the contents of this site.

During private beta, the service is provided “as is” for testing and evaluation purposes. We do our best to keep it stable and accurate, but we make no service-level commitments during beta.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability to you for use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us to use it (which during beta is nil).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page tells you when they were last revised. If we materially change the terms applicable to beta users, we will let beta users know by email.
